Thompson
Biography
Jacob clerked at Rochelle, McCulloch & Aulds, PLLC, for two summers prior to graduating law school and joined the firm as an Associate upon passing the bar exam on his first attempt. Jacob’s practice currently focuses on residential real estate transactions and title insurance.
Jacob is a Lebanon native who attended Southside Elementary/Middle School and graduated from Wilson Central High School in 2014. Jacob played basketball throughout his school years, becoming a part of the winningest class in school history.
Jacob is a 2018 graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, where he served on the Internal Affairs Board of the Student Government Association. While at MTSU, Jacob’s classmates elected him to receive the Highest Award for Achievement during his completion of the Dale Carnegie Communications & Human Relations Seminar for best exemplifying the skills taught during the course. Jacob is also a 2021 graduate of Belmont University College of Law, where he served as a Student Ambassador for the Law School, and a Peer Mentor to first year law students.
Jacob enjoys supporting his favorite college team, Michigan State University, being commissioner for his fantasy football league, exercising, and spending time with those close to him. Jacob’s wife, Elizabeth Thompson, is also an attorney here in Lebanon.
