Peggy joined the firm in 2021 and has a passion for fairness accountability, and safety. She graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law with a focus on Health Law and Litigation, and was admitted to the Missouri Bar in April 2017 and the Tennessee Bar in July of 2020. As a student Peggy, was the President of the Health Law Society, Trial Team Competition Member, Selected as Participant for Mastery of Advocacy Course, and wrote on Medical Necessity as it relates to Fraud, Abuse, and Waste in our society.

Since law school, Peggy has enjoyed working with people of diverse backgrounds to provide customized, detail oriented legal services on both criminal and civil matters, as well as licensees (RN, CRNA, PT, MD, OT, PA, NP) regarding actions before their respective Health Related Boards.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Peggy has practiced as a Registered Nurse for more than 16 years and Nurse Anesthesiology for more than 11 years. Peggy attended the University of Tennessee to earn her B.S.N. in 2005 and practiced as a Critical Care/ICU and High-Risk Labor and Delivery Nurse several years before completing Nurse Anesthesia training in 2009 at Middle Tennessee School of Anesthesia. Peggy practiced pediatric anesthesia at Nationwide Children's Hospital for several years until moving to Kansas City, Missouri where she practiced pediatric, obstetric, and general anesthesia at St. Joseph’s Medical Center. She continues to practice locally in the Nashville area.  


Outside of work, Peggy is the mother of four children, three collie dogs, two cats, and a bunny. She enjoys equine sports, basketball, Italian cuisine, and travel.
