PREMISES LIABILITY

Premises Liability Cases:

Tennessee landowners and those who have control over land in Tennessee have responsibilities to others that they may invite consent to being on their property.  If the landowner or person controlling the premise does not keep the property safe they may be liable for harms and losses of those injured by the unsafe conditions.  Unsafe conditions can cause or contribute to the cause of serious injuries or death due to falls, known hazards or criminal activity. If a landowner knows or should have known of the dangerous conditions and does not take proper steps to prevent the condition from causing injury or death to others then the landowner or person controlling the premise may be liable.

Jason Denton and Alan Poindexter handle the premise liability cases at Rochelle, McCulloch, and Aulds, PLLC. If you desire to discuss potential claim for premise liability then please call 615-444-1433.
