The law firm of Rochelle, McCulloch & Aulds, PLLC, was formed in April of 1987 when Jere N. McCulloch and Jo Ann Aulds, who formed a partnership in 1982, joined their practice with that of Robert Rochelle, who was licensed in 1969. With a staff of eight, the new firm offered legal services in all areas of civil and criminal practice. In 1989, the firm added its fifth attorney, David B. Foutch.

The firm outgrew its offices on Lebanon's unique Town Square and in 1993 began construction of a new office building on the historic Castle Heights Military Academy campus. A leader in the rebirth of the Castle Heights campus, Rochelle, McCulloch & Aulds moved into its new offices in October of 1994. The building located at 109 Castle Heights Avenue North is handicapped accessible, has convenient parking and is centrally located in Lebanon for client convenience.

Today, Rochelle, McCulloch & Aulds, Wilson County's largest law firm, has a staff of 32, including a real estate and title insurance department, and a litigation department.
